Yes, all DDOS bans will be permanent.

Smurf accounts aren't breaking any of the rules we currently have in place.

Smurf accounts tend to rank up much faster than others, so the effect they have on your game should be minimal.

Pretty much. We'll monitor the situation as it plays out and plan accordingly. Any updates would be made via our site and distributed to our social channels and forums!

A short amount of downtime for the support site, which is now been resolved. Reports on the forums will still be removed.
