This error you're seeing is because you're launching the game whilst signed in to this Ubisoft account where the game hasn't been activated.
Are you aware of any other Ubisoft accounts you own? If so I would recommend signing in on those and trying again. When you're on the correct account you will no longer see this error.
If you're not sure of any other accounts you have please open a support case with us so we can investigate further. You can reach us either through the
support website by opening a live chat session or alternatively through our social media accounts on
Facebook and
Twitter and they will be able to create a support case for you.
