REPORTING OTHER PLAYERS
For any players you have encountered that demonstrated the following >
- Toxicity
- Harassment via Text / Voice Chat
- Cheating / Bot Farming
We encourage you to use the 'Report A Player' tool in-game, as this gives us all the necessary information about this incident we require, such as the date and time of the event and the player's name and location.

REPORTING PLAYERS FOR USING DDOS
If you have played a match which you believe to have been DDoS'd, or where the lobby was frozen maliciously, please report this to us privately using the following channels >

When you contact us about DDoS or lobby freezing, please make sure to please include as much of the following information as possible to help us investigate these attacks >
- What platform were you playing on?
- The exact time and date of when this happened
- Players' names you are reporting / Were they playing in a clan/group?
- Any video clips of the match showing what happened before the disconnection or a Leaderboard image showing who was disconnected
- Your Ubisoft ID
This information will be passed on to our Siege Security team to investigate.
