How long does it take until abandonment sanctions reset to 30 mins. Ive gotten banned on multiple occasions where Ive lost power, been disconnected, DDOS, and whatever else. I just want to know if they reset. Yes or no ?

Hey londonramsey_26, thanks for reaching out!

If you have left the match and did not reconnect before it's concluded, abandonment penalty will be issued by the server side. In case if it happens on multiple instances, the suspension will be for a prolonged period of time and I am afraid it does not reset, therefore we would strongly recommend to try and avoid such instances in the future.

Hey ELITEKUSH358, thanks for getting in touch, welcome to forums and sorry to hear about this, as I fully appreciate how frustrating it can be to be in such position.

I am afraid that regardless of the circumstances that have led to it, our Support team are unable to overturn temporary suspension and are only able to review it if the ban is permanent.

Going forward, I would strongly recommend to look at ways to reduce the possibility of happening this again by making sure that your phone is fully charged up, as it may result in even longer suspension than now.
