Hello,

I am an old steam and uplay account user, and currently playing rainbox six siege. I made a new account in order for me to play along with my friends.
Now my problem is I made a new steam account and purchased the R6 deluxe edition and when I started the game, I accidently bind my new steam account to my old uplay account. So now what I did, i made a new uplay account and logged in my steam and try to bind the new uplay account. whenever I try to bind these accounts this problem pops "authentication of ownership please contact support...."
I need to unbind the new steam account from my old uplay account so I could bind it with the new Uplay account.

please help.

We can absolutely help you with this, however this would need to be discussed with Ubisoft Support directly due to it being an account-related issue.

The error simply means that you're logged in to a Ubisoft account that does not hold that game, so we'll likely just need to transfer the game to the correct account for you.
