Hi @DeTex_Raptor_ welcome to Discussions. I am sorry to hear about your game getting stuck at this loading screen. While playing on PC we have a troubleshooting guide here dedicated to this sort of issue! A few other players mention specifically that disabling background applications, such as possibly conflicting overlays, has helped them to resolve this sort of issue. Please let us know how it goes.
