While I'm afraid we're unable to assist with lifting any temporary bans caused by abandon penalties, we'd like to do what we can to address these disconnects.

Could you please provide some more information as to what happens in these instances? Such as;

- Are you kicked back to the Main Many?
- Do you receive any error messages or codes?
- Does the game ever crash?
