I was in the middle of ranked matches and the game would freeze the screen and I would try to restart my game to fix it and now I have a 24 hour ban. Can u please fix this and get rid of my ban?

We recently experienced server degradation that may have caused this lag. Unfortunately we are unable to remove these bans even when caused by server degradation.
If this issue is still happening, could you please let us know what console you play on?
