[2022] Game crashed and I received an Abandon ban

I was playing an unranked match on my ps5 and the game crashed and I was taken to my ps5 home menu. I saved the evidence of the crash and reported it. When I got back on siege I received an Abandon ban. Can you please remove this temp ban. I have evidence of the crash and report.

Thanks for contacting us regarding a temporary ban that you received after a crash.

Sadly, all our temporary sanctions are actioned by our automated system and the Ubisoft Support staff can not lift these sanctions.
