[2023] Lost elite skins and bundle items due to cross progression.

I switched the Ubisoft account linked to my Xbox so I could use cross progression and lost the Mira, dokkaebi, Blackbeard elite skins aswell as the smoke pickle Rick bundle and it's saying to buy them again. I was wondering if there's a way to get them back without buying them again.
