[2022] Cross Progress

Hey Everyone,
So I just downloaded Siege again (July 25th,2022) and found out about cross progress. I followed the instructions about linking my Ubi Connect account with my PC and Xbox One accounts. (PC First then Xbox if that matters.) To find out that my progress hasn't transferred over yet. Is there something else I am supposed to do, is it faulty system, can anyone give some advice about this hiccup because I really really don't want to start from lvl 0 (Xbox i was 268 with almost 2000 hours with Elites skins, black ice, and other legendary skins).
Now that I know cross progress is a thing, I am dedicated to finding out how to works.
