In regards to the issue you ran into - would you be able to clarify as to what happened?

I understand that you and your friend were playing ranked and you both ran into connection error, after which you've received abandonment penalty as well as suspension, is that right? If it is the case indeed, would you be able to clarify the following:

1. What console model are you playing on?
2. What was the error code that you received when this occurred?
3. Since when did you start experiencing the issue?
4. Was that a single time you ran into this or is it something you experience regularly?

As far as FPS issue goes, I can confirm that this is something that has been already brought up to our development team's attention and is under further review.
