I have a ubisoft account on xbox that I have over 500 hours on and really would like to connect to my game on steam using that one but every time I try it says that they can't confirm the purchase even though I have played it on pc. Anyone know how to connect the two accounts and yes I have tried linking my ubisoft account on pc to my xbox but that hasn't worked.

You do need to link your Xbox account to the account that you have played on PC, but if the sync hasn't worked, you'll need to reach out via one of the following options so we can look into this for you:
