We have noticed an increase of similar reports from other players as of late. Our Ubisoft Connect team are currently investigating why this is happening, I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Would you be happy to provide your Ubisoft Connect launcher logs? Either a direct link would be fine, or they could be added to a support case.
