Hi, I was in the middle of a ranked match when all the game world froze. I tried to reconnect but it didnt let me, so i got a sanction of 2 days. This is my second time in 3 days. Please fix this issue. (sorry for my english)

Hello @RevisoryAtol , thanks for getting in touch, and sorry to hear of your disconnection and abandon sanction.
Hopefully, this was a one-time event but if you are still having trouble with your connection please let us know so we can investigate further.
If you happened to have experienced a lag spike in-game, then got disconnected along with your whole team and received an abandon sanction, this is something we are currently investigating.
