[2021] Not receiving twitch drops from invitational after waiting 2 days

Hello there everyone, thank you for contacting us regarding your missing Twitch Drops.

If you watch a live Twitch stream with Drops enabled, you will need to make sure you have met the following conditions in order to be eligible for the Drop -

1. Watched a participating channel, more details of current campaigns can be found here - https://www.twitch.tv/drops/campaigns

2. Linked your Ubisoft account and Twitch account together, before that particular campaign ends - https://www.twitch.tv/settings/connections

3. Made sure to 'claim' the reward from your Twitch inventory within 24 hours after the stream has ended

4. After claiming the Drop, you have waited 48 hours after the Twitch Drop campaign has finished (each campaign usually last for 1 week)

1. Please tell us the exact name of the drop you are missing and date you claimed it
2. Please send us a uncropped screenshot of your Twitch Drops inventory, with your Twitch username on show - https://www.twitch.tv/drops/inventory
