[2020] [Connectivity/Multiplayer]Connected to wrong data server?

We 5 stacked queued into a ranked game in EUW. We have already played 3 previous ranked games and the matchmaking was fine and we were assigned to the right region that is EUW. However, this game we were sent to Oceania where we all had 250+ ping. This is unfair and due to bad matchmaking that was totally out of our control we lost that game resulting in a lost of elo or MMR. We would like to have our MMR back as this lost was not due to an action on our end but a total error with matchmaking that was out of our control.

We have evidence of the round being played out during which we played in Oceania servers at 250+ ping. I emphasise that we did not change our matchmaking region and that we remained in EUW.
