i opened the game and my premium battlepass just gone all rewards got reset and ny r6 credits from the battlepass got taken and im about to hit 80 tier and it says that my case is escalated so what that means and how much time till this issue solved i men how is this possible that my battlepass premium just got reset like it didnt happen this is my case number 15085581 plz i need someone to resolve this issue cause its strange thing to happen to someone
