As the title of this topic says: I won a game but didn't receive MMR since the game said 'Please wait, syncing data'. After getting send to the menu, I still didn't receive it and neither after restarting. This is horrible, because it's my road to platinum 1 and I'm struggling to win.

Did you restart the game after this happened as sometimes the MMR will turn up in the next game launch after synching with the server. If you made a note of the exact time and dates of these matches, please get in touch with us through our support channels -
