[2020] R6 crash if i join ranked games

The game keeps crashing when I join ranked games, it started to act like this few days ago for no reasons, I've also updated the video card driver but nothing has changed, I've also tried to "verify game files" and again nothing has changed, now another crash happened for the 3rd time and I got 2 hours suspension, UBISOFT I'm tired to get suspended for problems not under my responsability.
If I join casual match then it works smoothly, only ranked crashes, this has totally no sense at all.

Please remove my suspension status as I'm not a leaver and please fix this ridicolous problem.
