I'm not the type to post about tech issues. I will usually figure out the issue myself, or patiently wait for the game to be fixed, but this has gotten ridiculous and is affecting my account negatively.

Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6400 CPU @ 2.70GHz  2.71 GHz
Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070

My game will constantly freeze. I am talking it happened 5 times Today alone. It cannot be shut down without being end tasked on task manager. It cannot even be Alt-f4'd. Then when I relaunch and try to reconnect, it will not allow me to reconnect. I know the game is continuing due to my friends still being in the game.

My graphics card - Geforce experience and windows are updated. In fact I have a brand new windows as a whole (issues were before the change), I have a brand new harddrive, and a brand new power supply (issues were before the change). I have gone through every trouble shoot you guys have. And the freezing is not just in game, as it happened, to my surprise, in the menu screen Today.

I am sick of it. I love R6, but it has affected my account. I am getting extremely long bans as if I am purposely leaving games, and I find QP I am only being put into mid-games. My account has clearly been flagged.

This issue has been going on for months, at least the last 3 seasons.

By all troubleshooting, have you already given all the steps listed in our guide a try?
