[2020] [Crash/Freeze]Freezing at the end of games with 3080

I keep freezing and crashing at the end of around every 2-3 games ever since I switched from 1650ti to 3080. I have verified all game files and closed all background running software, reinstalled siege and battleeye but nothing. I especially noticed this happening more often with the Nvidia 460.89 driver update. I'm not going to revert update as there's no point because it will still crash. This only happens when I try to leave a game, the screen freezes and 10 seconds later it either crashes to .desktop without error code or I have to manually alt + f4/task manager force shut it. Please Ubi look into this because I have other games such as Modern Warfare, Cyberpunk, etc.. and I have not had one issue with them.
