Hello. Yesterday I was grinding ranked with a few friends to get to gold 1. When I started I was 3 games away (90-ish elo). After winning two games I was 8 mmr away. Okay, so I queued up for one more ranked match and I won. However, this time I definitely should've ranked up but no. I was back to 2932 MMR?! I was very mad considering I don't usually go for long win streaks like these. And to see that it all went to waste. On R6 tracker my MMR history also shows the screwed up version. Is there any fix to this or are those matches just going to go to waste?
Hello LTT-F1nn, if you would like to query the MMR you gained from the match, please let us know the exact date and time and timezone, then get in contact with us through our support site and we can tell you exactly what MMR was registered on your account.
