[2021] [Ubisoft Store]error in purchasing credits r6 ;-;

I forgot my account email and I was logging in with wrong email and I received an email from ubisoft about fraud I tried to buy r6 credits and it's giving an error (try again in a few seconds) Can you get rid of this fraud error?
I have proof that the account is really mine
