Hello all,

I took a break from Siege in Neon Dawn and tried to get back into it near the end of Crimson Heist. Unfortunately for me my game decided it was having none of it and began randomly crashing whenever it felt like it. Here are some quick details:

Crashes:
- during picking/rounds/spectating
- sometimes freezes the crashes, sometimes simply closes, sometimes bsod's
- before the crash, I had no other applications running except discord, all overlays are turned off, and the game was running smoothly on low settings

I have a decent computer, RTX 2060, AMD 3600X, 16GB Corsair Vengeance, 650W CV650 PSU, and a B450 Aorus Pro Wifi. Siege is currently on a 250GB Kingston SSD. My OS is Win10 Pro, running off an NVME and my antivirus is AVG.

I have tried:
- Reinstalling Siege/BattleEye/Uconnect
- Reinstalling/Downgrading/Upgrading various drivers
- Disabling all overlays, Uplay included
- Reinstalling windows (twice)
- Moving to different drives
- Testing RAM (which is fine)
- Launching in Vulkan
- Putting in a Ubisoft Support Ticket (with no response)

I am at my wits end. I appreciate any and all help you can provide. If you need any more information, I will happily provide it.

Thanks.

Hello Vreth__, welcome to the forums!

I am sorry to hear that since picking up Rainbow Six Siege again it is now randomly crashing.

I also want to thank you for all of the steps you have tried already to resolve this!

I do see your ticket with support currently and that they did send you some steps to try. Would you be willing to try the steps that were sent through your support ticket and give them an update if this helps? Thanks!
