[2022] Premium Battlepass Y7S4 locked/missing after purchase | POST HERE

Hi,

So yesterday my friend gifted me from ubisoft connect battle pass i recived battle pass i was 41 lvl on bp so first i recived solis then i was trying to open bravo packs and get skins, but i can't get any of them i can't get them and it's says i dont have any bravo packs...
I can proof this all but how can i fix.
