PERMANENT BANS
There are several reasons why you may have received a permanent ban on your account such as Cheating, Hacking, or Toxicity. For security purposes, always make sure you have 2FA enabled on your account.
We trust in the detection software and in-game reporting system, to be able to detect any cheating software a player might be using on their computer.
If you feel like you would like to appeal your permanent ban, please make sure to have strong evidence to support your appeal. You can only appeal a ban on your account once.
If you would like to contact us about this, please send us a private message over one of our support links here, with your Ubisoft username and email >

TEMPORARY BANS
We apologize if you have received a temporary ban from the game, this can be for one of several reasons including too many disconnections, being unable to reconnect to the game, and leaving a lobby right before the match is about to start.
You may receive a warning message for your first disconnection. If you have disconnected from a Ranked match, however, you may not receive a warning before the ban is issued.
Temporary bans can differ in time scale, according to the offense taken place and the number of times this has occurred. For multiple disconnections in a short space of time, the ban time will be longer.
Ubisoft Support are unable to lift these temporary bans or restore MMR in any situation for players. You must til your ban has expired, in order to play the game again.
If your temporary ban was given as a result of a poor connection and disconnection from our servers, please make sure to exhaust all our connectivity troubleshooting steps, to help strengthen your connection to our Siege servers >
