[2020] error code 4-0xfff0bdc0, removed from multiplayer no pattern

In R6S multiplayer (incl. Ranked & Unranked) often join games without issue, then within the drone/setup phase, connection issues (red connection icon) ping around 50, high fps, no issues otherwise. Usually I can play 1-2 full games no problem, then in third game or so, I'll be kicked (other players see "removed by battleeye" (no idea why), and then I am unable to reconnect - error code 4-0xfff0bdc0. Even after restarting PC and router (and uplay), I'm unable to reconnect, leading to suspensions through no fault of my own. This issue happens most frequently when playing with friends on North Asia servers, but has also happened in West EU servers. I tried the "quick-fixes", clearing temp files, restarting etc, but nothing. While I initially thought it was because I was playing Asia servers, there is no pattern of what goes wrong - sometimes it works, sometimes it allows 1-2 games then fails, other times it just kicks me out of games and doesnt let me reconnect. Please advise!
