Me and my Friends can't play cause my game says im everybody is offline, and im offline for him too. I tried restarting my game but nothing happend, i can go into online games but not with my friends. Please help

We are aware that some players are unable to say their friends online, either in the Ubisoft Connect application or in-game.
Our team are working towards a fix. In the meantime, I'd like to suggest the following steps -
- Have you and your friend re-install Ubisoft Connect: https://support.ubisoft.com/Article/000063173
If that doesn't work -
- You and your friend should make a note of each other's usernames
- Removed each other from friends
- Re-add one another to friends
Hopefully that does the trick!
