[2022] Unfair Sanction

Hello, I got kicked out of the game just 2 seconds before the match was about to end, it was just after the second picture that I have attached, the kick was due to a random ping spike, I get ping spikes for about 4-5 seconds mostly which too are rare, but unfortunately, I lost my hard-earned MMR, and this is not the first time that this has happened, your system of banning people who are not present when the match ends as compared to those AFK bots and de rankers that leave the enter game and rejoin at the last minute, they are spared, yet people like me face the penalty. Now I have lost the MMR and have a 24-hour ban penalty, your sanctions should really be based on the amount of time a person has been absent instead of the last-second policy, literally Valorant, CSGO & many major titles do that, this is far too annoying. I played with the ID that I'm posting this with, I really hope that even if you can't give me my MMR back, you should at least chan this faulty system of abandon sanctions.
