I just wanted to inform each of you that the connection difficulties were due to a degradation that we were experiencing during the time of your postings. This degradation was resolved on May 15th at around 5:00 pm EST. However, I've moved this thread to our Player Support section in case any of you are continuing to see a connection issue.
