[2020] Every time I try to open Siege it just flickers then tabs out.

So I try to open Siege on steam but when the tab is open it just flickers black and white and I'm tabbed out. I can click back onto the siege tab but it just flickers and tabs me out again. If this has to do with Windows 7 then please let me know because that's what I'm currently using.
