[2020] Op reset after ltm

Thanks for reaching out, welcome to forums and I am sorry to hear about the issue you've been having to deal with.

The loadout reset issue is something that we were unable to reproduce so far, therefore I would like to ask you whether there's a possibility you could provide us with video footage or if not possible, advise exact steps or circumstances that could have led to the issue.

So if you go to play another match of the event and you get off after the game ended, does it make your load-out reset again, or did this only happen once?
