[2020] Do not have access to google authenticator codes

A while back, I decided to quit playing Rainbow Six Siege, and I thought that I would never come back to it, so I ended up deleting Google authenticator because I did not use it for anything other than Rainbow Six Siege. As a result of this I ended up losing the codes which are necessary for 2-step authentication, and in addition to this I can not find any of the recovery codes that are necessary to get in. I have done everything that I can think of to solve this problem and I'm at my wits end. Is there any way I can find the recovery codes, log in without using 2-step authentication , or deactivate 2-step authentication?
