Hello,

I have been playing this game since year 3. From my time playing I can definitely say that the cheating problem has gotten to the point where Ubisoft acknowledges it but continues to say we're working on the problem while absolutely doing nothing for the time being. No matter what you do to try and help the problem, Ubisoft will continue to do nothing. I remember back when I was a silver saying "I hope there isn't a plat 3 queuing with a silver" as that was the worst thing I could come across. I'm currently plat 3 I've never been higher then plat 2. Even though I'm plat 3 I will be continuously matched up against diamonds/champs on smurfs accounts who are using mnk/macros. I played 3 ranked games today: I hit plat 2, played another game in plat 2 went against 4 smurfs. One of those smurfs was the number #82 champ. lost that game so I got demoted to plat 3. (also 3 of these smurfs were queuing together) I checked the score board and all were plat 2 besides 1 that was plat 1. I played another game in plat 3 and got up against 4 smurfs again. 3 of those smurfs where from the last game. despite me being plat 3 I go against a plat 1 and the rest were plat 2. I lost this game too of course, so basically I don't understand what is happening to this game anymore there's so many rampant cheaters that go against tos. Ubi says mnk/macros/smurfs are against tos but doesn't do anything even when presented with evidence of said cheating. I really enjoy this game and still support it even in the roughest times but somethings got to change before console is completely dead.

Hey Bruh_justfixmnk, thanks for reaching out and appreciate you for putting a detailed information on the issues you've been dealing with.

I can see that you've addressed two problems here - one of them being cheating and other one is matchmaking.

In terms of cheaters and maintaining integrity of the gameplay, I can assure you that this is an on-going matter that our team has been actively working on and we are looking at ways to improve the current situation, which is affecting a lot of players within the community.

I will make sure that your feedback regarding this gets passed over to our development team accordingly and for the time being, if you do encounter anyone that you believe are suspicious, always make sure you use the in-game report functionality. Alternatively, if you wish to directly reach out to us, you're more than welcome to do so, however for these matters we will need you to get through the following channels:

1. Support website
2. Facebook
3. Twitter

As far as matchmaking goes, it's quite a complex topic to talk about, therefore in order to give you a better idea of what is the criteria that is being reviewed and taken into account before matching players together, have a look at our dev blog, which will hopefully give you a better perspective on this.

If there is anything you would like to add or if you have any other queries, let us know and we will get back to you accordingly.
