Hey r u kidding me Ubisoft?
You took my money and then the R6 credits must be given to me but what?
DELAYED???
If an error has occurred, You must have NOT taken my money. right?
I paid already. So I can't wait for 24 hours. You got it??

Do something to fix this problem ASAP.
It makes no sense.


The full error message is below.

A store transaction linked to your account has just been flagged by our security system as suspicious. As part of our ongoing efforts to protect accounts, the delivery of your items has been delayed for further investigation. You will receive updates on the status of your transaction within the next 24 Hours via email.
No action on your part is required. Please note that Ubisoft customer support representatives are unable to expedite this process.

Hey picedoor, thanks for getting in touch and welcome to forums.

First and foremost - if you have a failed transaction, your funds will not be taken as you described, but instead, it will be on authorization hold and will therefore be returned in few working days (depending on your financial institution).

Secondly, as this is account related issue, we will need to have a closer look at your account to see what may be causing this. With that being said, it's also a matter that we're only able to disclose to the owner of the account, so I would like to invite you to reach out to us via one of the following channels:
