For the past 3 days I'm not able to play R6S. I can launch the game, but once I get to the main menu, a pop-up message appears with the error code mentioned in the title - 10-0x00000000 (I hope I'm writing it correctly and haven't left any 0's out lol). I can dismiss this pop-up but I can't access anything in the game, it seems as if I'm offline (and I've double checked this).

I have checked my internet connection (including turning it on and off), changed wireless and wired connections, restarted and shut down the computer. Nothing helps.
I don't want to reinstall the game 😥
