[2020] R6 Store Region locked

Hello i'm currently in Vietnam and came across a problem. The in-game store of this region is completely locked. Zero access to Digital Content and Currency Packs whatsoever, i've been writing a ticket and ask Ubi support about it but the Support team is giving the runaround without answer the question. I'm a part in the Vietnam Community and i'm asking the question for them too, they're fairly pleasant to play with in eas server. It is fair to embargo a whole country from consuming YOUR products, their tradition New Year is days away now and they're pretty pissed for not having any chance to use their money on you ironically, frankly i am too. So i'm forced to make this post to ask why is the store is locked in this region exclusively? Can you guys please just let these people have their fun in their traditional New Years holidays, it ends by 11th of February. If you guys could just open the store just for a week for them then lock it back down to work on whatever you're working on it. They really don't deserve this, hopefully i'll get a reasonable answer for this. Thanks
