I purchased r6 creds over 24 hours ago and still no sign of them. I contacted the support team and received a couple robot like replies which just told me to wait. I purchased them through steam before and got the product instantly, where as here it's been well over 24 hours. I purchased them hoping to buy the battle pass as I am tier 100 and what the full content, but with 2 days left I don't know if I will be able to.

I'm very sorry to hear you have not yet received your R6 Credits. I understand you would like to purchase the battle pass and this delay is preventing you from doing that.

As this is billing / account related I'm sorry to say this is not something we are able to assist with via the forum, it would need to be handled in a support ticket.

I checked your support case and I can see it has now been escalated to the correct team.

I understand this is very bad timing. Our team will work to get that resolved for you as quick as they can, and if it does go past the battle pass date, it's best to then ask if anything can be done about that.
