Ya know, I'm tryna play the Grim Sky TTS, right? I sit in matchmaking for 2 minutes. Suddenly, "An Error Has Occurred". Every time. Every damn time. I go to the r6tts subreddit, they just give me "hey use this absolutely useless site called r6fix that does nothing but make you go "oh cool other people have this problem as well. I WISH THERE WAS A SOLUTION HERE AFTER 38 PEOPLE REPRODUCED THE PROBLEM".

Pls, halp. For the love of god halp pls.

Hey,

R6Fix will not provide instant resolution, this is a means of reporting the issues to the developers so they are able to look into it and investigate further. The more traction a report gets, the more important the issue will appear as lots of people experience it.

It is not always the case that they are unaware of an issue as it is reported there, somethings just aren't quick to resolve and do take time. If it is a pressing issue, they will be aware and looking into it.

We can still report stuff but the site cuts out the middle man and is meant to make it easier for users to quickly publish their findings.
