Hey,

With recent updates the current size of the game will be above 80gb without the HD texture pack, i'd free up some more space if possible (perhaps 100gb free) and try to continue the download.

Hey,

As chair said, if you close and restart the game the packs will be back in your inventory as this is just a visual error.

Hey,

I'd recommend to try the FPS Limiter to see if this helps you out, steps to do this can be found here: https://rainbow6.ubisoft.com/siege/en-us/news/152-324640-16/100-cpu-usage

Try setting it in the region you want however 60 is a good target

I'd also try lowering your Graphics settings afterwards and you may see some FPS gains and more stability

Hey,

All progress is tied to your Uplay account, not your Steam account.

For you to start again, you would need to unlink your Ubisoft account from your Steam account via account.ubisoft.com and then relink your Steam to a brand new Uplay account that hasn't played R6S before.

You can always revert back to your old progress too by re-linking your Steam to your original Uplay account again too.

As the other guys said, the previous Year Pass will no longer be sold once a new Year begins. We entered into Year 4, so the Year 1-3 passes have been retired from sale on Steam.

You will be able to buy the operators from the previous Years within the game and also find bundles for them too, however you won't be able to get the other Year Pass specific content any more unfortunately.

Thanks for the update, can you send us screenshots of your in-game sound settings and your Xbox sound settings as well as the exact model of your sound system?
