I have recently had this problem with Siege where I can sometimes load into a game (any gamemode) and my game will just crash. No heads up or anything, not even the ubisoft crash report pop-up. I now have a 2 hour ban, which is annoying. Does anyone else experience this? Maybe it's because I'm running vulkan? Any help? Thank you.

I understand the crashes are happening when trying to load into a match of any gamemode. Can you start with the troubleshooting guide for me? The steps it suggests are likely to solve the crashes. In particular from the guide, please make sure you are running the game with administrator rights, you've verified the game files, you've got your graphics drivers and Windows install fully updated, and you don't have any background programs which could interfere with the game.
If the crashes are still happening after that, please let me know, and I'll suggest something else to try next
