[2020] Problam Lunching game

i bought on the steam standard edition of the game then on epic game store I bought Delux edition and cant play the game when I insert my uplay account it says

: ether your pass on mail is not correct or you are a young player - this happens when i lunch from Epic games store what is wrong can you help me? when i star only u play app i can connect with same pass an email it only says that when i connect from Epic Games App
