Hello,

I recently started playing R6 after a long break as my friend wanted to start playing it. But unfortunately we haven't been having the best of luck (losing a lot of games).

So for one last string of hope for my enjoyment of the game I load it up and join a game. I get to pick a map (Oregon!!!), ban and pick my operator and start loading into the game. Then my game crashes and I am unable to restart the game to join back before it stops, also the game didn't even give me enough time to re-join.

So then I try and load and load to no avail and then end up having to restart my PC. After this, I re-load the game (very annoyed and hoping to get into another game). But now I have been temporarily banned??? and I will lose 50% of my renown, which I get very little of and need a high amount to buy these 25,000 operators.

All in all, this review it to let you know that, some people want to play but end up crashing; so please don't give them a ban for this 100% accidental occurrence.

Also, If your services said that I "Crashed" then why do I get a ban for "Leaving" ?

Thanks for reading.

Ps Please stop changing the maps around. I cant keep learning them.

Hey there, TM-Linx0010! I'm extremely sorry to hear that Rainbow Six Siege crashed and you received an abandonment penalty as a result of this. I understand how frustrating this can be for players to encounter, especially when you did not mean to leave the match. However, this is all part of the penalty system put in place in the game and Support is not able to revert or overturn these penalties. My apologies for that! Nonetheless, I would still be happy to report the crash that happened. Does the game crash often for you? If so, how often do you experience these crashes?

Additionally, I would suggest sharing any comments regarding the maps in-game on the Feedback subforums for Siege. This will allow for better visibility from the team!
