I own Future Soldier and played the games for quite some times and realize there's an award for it in Siege that I can not claim doesn't matter if I bought it on Uconnect or Steam, same thing I suppose.
So how do I unlock it ? or cause the server is no longer online so I can't ?

I am also sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues claiming the Ubisoft Connect reward 'Ghost Recon weapon skin'.
You should be able to claim this reward if you have played Ghost Recon Future Soldier on the same Ubisoft account that you play Rainbow Six Siege on.
