Ok to start, I'd like to address a bug that needs to be fixed. It has to do with the operator Vigil. The bug is when activating Vigil's ability and you die while ability is still on, it does not turn off the sound of his ability for the duration of that game and many times follows thru into the next round. I have been able to duplicate this issue many times and as did my brother on his account. What did fix the issue was Alt F4 the game and restart, but any attempt to leave the server and comeback or go Vigil again and activate/deactivate ability in hopes it would turn off the sound does not work. And on to the second issue, Its been about 3 days and each time I tried to go on Rainbow Six Siege (I tried Vulcan although PC is well up in spec and can handle normal Siege) and at all instances it always boots up then says Game is offline. I have tried reinstalling siege, rebooted pc, I did Reset my network and even got new/upgraded equipment for my network thinking that was the issue, sadly I was mistaken and am wondering if this outage is across all Uplay games or is it specific to me? and if it is an outage, how long is the wait till it is up and running?

Hey @ConceptOneGT, thanks for getting through to us, welcome to forums and sorry to hear about the issues you ran into with Rainbow 6 Siege.

  1. As far as Vigil gadget sound issue goes, after having a closer look, I can see that this has been also brought up by a number of other players and is something that is is already under review by our development team
  2. Offline issue - I've reviewed our server status around the time of your contact, however servers appear to have been working as intended, therefore do you still experience this issue? If you do, for troubleshooting purposes, try completing steps outlined in the following article and see if it helps
