Why do we have to see that people want to kick us out of the game? it makes us feel underestimated or incapable, we even lose reasoning. People have every right to expel, but I think it is unnecessary who is being expelled to see. The ideal is that the person does not see that they are trying to expel him. Teach the right thing Ubisoft !!!

Would you prefer not to see when someone is attempting to kick you? I feel being kicked without prior warning would really jarring for some players. Unfortunately, we've heard a lot about Vote to Kick abuse over the past month, and it's frustrating to know our players are experiencing this when they play with a stack on their team or fail to clutch a round. We've made the team aware of this and we'll try to update the community if we get something.

It's pretty pathetic Kicking someone when you're a Plat because someone is a level 100 silver who's played the game less than a month.
This has been a popular suggestion recently. When you say "deliberate TK", do you mean after the TK has been voted that it was intentional? Or just after someone TKs someone in general? I assume you meant after the victim voted it was intentional.
As we have mentioned before, the team is looking more into Vote Kick abuse reports.

Vote kicking someone who's just joining a match is not something we condone or want to happen to our players. As previously mentioned, there have been a lot of discussions in the community about Vote to Kick abuse, so we'll try and make sure the dev team is continually aware of this.

Do you have a video of this? After the first TK, they shouldn't have been able to do it to anyone else.

Hopefully, it doesn't happen again, but if it does, having that video for us to look at could be useful.
