I got falsely banned on my r6s account. I already contacted the support and created a ticke 3 months ago. No responses yet. Everytime i ask the support via live chat they tell me they don't know anything and i should have patient. They do this for 2 months now and i am literally shattered about this support ngl.

Would it be at all possible to share your case number so we can take a look?

I would also suggest trying to open a new ticket where we can take a deep look rather than via live chat. You can do this in the following ways

Twitter Support
Facebook Support
Ubisoft Support website (for email support)

What I would suggest in this instance so that we can get you an answer as efficiently as possible would be to contact us via either of the following 2 methods and then quote that case number.

There so long as it is in private the agent will be able to get an answer for you and will do so as fast as they can
