Often times in a game i will be lagged back, unable to move, and sometimes even unable to pick an operator because the servers are lagging. I asked the randoms in my match if they experienced it too and they all said yes so i know its not just me

Hi Squattangent0! I'm sorry to hear about the problems you have been experiencing in Rainbow Six Siege. My first recommendation would be to clear the cache on your Xbox. Due to the amount of data your cache can hold, it can sometimes get bogged down and lead to various in-game issues. To clear your cache, please unplug the console from the wall, wait at least two minutes, then plug it back in and restart your game. If you continue to notice these problems, I would suggest completing our connectivity troubleshooting guide in full. By suggesting this, I am not meaning to place blame solely on your internet. These steps actually tend to help improve and optimize the connection between our online services, so they'd be great to try to get the latency problems resolved.
