I gave my son my old ps4 and the digital copy of rainbow that i had purchased on there years back with all of my Dlc as his birthday give this year, because i had just bought myself a pc and i dont play the ps4 anymore.

When i purchased R6S on steam on pc and it was fully downloaded, i double clicked to start it up and it had asked me to log into my ubisoft connect account. So i looked into it and found out that Nothing transfers from ps4 to pc such as Dlc, or operators and i was ok with that since i was giving my son my ps4.

I paired it with my old account and went on playing and with my life...UNTILL my son approached me and said dad ive been practicing and i want to play with you now that im better (He is 11 years old). So i said yea it shouldnt be a problem, 1 copy of the game is on ps4 and one copy of the game is on PC.

But we ran into a problem and we could not invite each other and i knew for a fact that this game has crossplay. So i did a little digging and found out that game transfers had been done in the past and put in a ticket and i was basically told in order for me to have access to the game that i purchased on a different platform, i would have to be logged into the ubisoft connect account that i first ran the game on and that they could not Transfer the game to a different ubisoft account. I told them i dont care about losing any operators i just want the base game transfered. I was told that it is NOT possible.

So im left with 2 seperate copies of the game on 2 seperate platforms, on ONE ubisoft connect account

IS there nobody who can just transfer my Base game of R6S that i bought on pc so it can be on a different ubisoft connect acount than the ps4 one that my son uses?

First and foremost, I would like to clarify that as far as cross-play in Rainbow 6 Siege goes, it supports progress between the same family, so for example PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5, or Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S. For more information about this, click here.

In relation to your game transfer, I can see that you've already got a response from one of our agents and additionally, I cannot see any game time on the account from PS4 console as you stated, regrettably.
